Hostesses for International Trade Shows
booth staffing in Germany and across Europe
International trade shows follow different rules than domestic events.
This page explains the division of responsibilities for overseas assignments.
Hiring hostesses for international trade shows is our specialty. Since 2016 we have been sending experienced, multilingual hostesses to the biggest trade fairs in Europe - primarily to Germany, but also to other European countries.
Hostesses for international shows must meet higher requirements than at domestic events: fluent foreign-language skills, experience working exhibition booths, and the ability to represent a brand in front of an international audience. We have exactly those people on our team.
Hostesses for international trade showskey cooperation principle
We provide the hostess. The client arranges the travel logistics.
For international trade shows, we do not book flights, reserve hotels or organize transfers to the venue. That remains the client's responsibility.
Exhibition booth staffing abroaddivision of responsibilities
We provide
- A hostess with the required language skills
- Verification of trade-show experience
- Delivery of the client briefing
- Pre-departure coordination
The client arranges
- → Flights / transport
- → Accommodation (hotel)
- → Transfer from hotel to the venue
- → Per diem / meals
- → Product briefing
Why this division
Flight and hotel prices during trade-show weeks fluctuate significantly. The client decides on the travel standard and trip budget - we don't impose solutions that might not fit the company's cost policy.
This keeps billing simple: one invoice for the hostess service, with the remaining costs under the company's travel budget.
What kind of hostesses for international showsrequired competencies
Language skills
Hostesses for international trade shows must be fluent in a foreign language - school-level proficiency is not enough. We verify language ability before every assignment.
Most commonly required: German, English. Also available: French, Italian, Spanish, Russian.
Trade-show experience
For international fairs we only send people with proven experience in exhibition booth staffing. Working a trade show is not the same as working an event at a shopping mall.
Knowledge of booth operations, lead collection and product presentations.
Independence
A hostess at an international fair works without direct agency supervision. She must handle logistics, client communication and problem-solving on her own.
We select responsible, punctual and self-reliant individuals.
Appearance and dress code
International trade shows are a business environment. An elegant, professional look is the standard - not casual, as at some domestic events.
Dress code agreed with the client before departure.
