Wrocław Stadium

The event for 3M at Wrocław Stadium took place in early October. We provided 22 male hosts, 8 hostesses, 12 photographers, 3 make-up artists and a stylist. Our coordinator Marcelina also lent a hand. It was a truly special occasion, styled as an Oscar-night gala. The hostesses wore magnificent 1920s-inspired outfits. We sourced them from an amazing costume-rental shop in Wrocław, whose spacious premises, selection and service thoroughly impressed us. At the entrance, guests were greeted by a rolled-out red carpet and 12 photographers dazzling everyone with their flashes. At reception, guests checked in with our beautiful and dependable hostesses. At the cloakroom, handsome male hosts took care of the guests' coats. A dedicated make-up corner set up by the event organizers was run by three supremely talented make-up artists and a stylist, who ensured the ladies' comfort throughout the evening by offering touch-ups and beauty tips. The event was a wonderful celebration full of joy, laughter and great team bonding among the employees of the host company. All of our hosts and hostesses did a superb job - entertaining the guests, offering assistance and greeting everyone with a genuine smile. The corporate event at Wrocław Stadium will stay in our memory for a long time.
