Conference Support

Conference support is one of the most important services in our broad portfolio. These are very specific events that demand exceptional composure, eloquence and foreign-language skills from the hostesses. We will remember the period of 25-28 June 2016 for a long time. It was a tremendously stressful last-minute assignment. The client contacted us just one day before the start of an event of considerable scale. Day one consisted solely of assisting at the airport, directing guests to the appropriate transport waiting for them. Katarzyna did a brilliant job. Day two again involved escorting guests at the airport, followed by an official dinner at the Stara Oranzeria in the Royal Lazienki Park in Warsaw. Three hostesses worked the dinner - greeting guests, checking names off a tablet list, and passing the microphone to speakers during the conference. Days three and four saw five hostesses working each day, helping the client's guests move between the Hotel Bristol in Warsaw and the Royal Castle. After four intense days it was finally over, and the relief was accompanied by enormous satisfaction - we had managed to put together an effective hostess team at the last minute, and the client was ultimately delighted with the entire service.
